Knowledge & Experience: 

Justina brings a diverse professional background and more than seven years of experience within the financial services industry. Before joining OGWP, she built her leadership and client relationship skills through business and operations management, including managing a high-revenue retail store and overseeing operations for an HVAC firm. She also worked as a global website consultant, gaining valuable experience in client communication, problem-solving, and digital implementation. Combined with her studies in criminal justice at Berkeley College, her varied background has shaped a resourceful, detail-oriented approach to serving clients and supporting the team.

Get To Know Her: 

Outside the office, Justina is a proud mom to her son, Castiel, who keeps her busy and closely connected to her community. She is actively involved in his school and currently serves as Fundraising Chair on the PTA Board, where she enjoys creating opportunities to bring families, local businesses, and the school community together. In her downtime, Justina enjoys spending time with her partner, crafting, and getting lost in a good book.
